At the close of Plaintiff’s case in a trial defended by Towson Attorney Garrett E. Brierley, Mr. Brierley was able to settle Plaintiff’s claims that, as Tenants, they suffered damages stemming from a bed bug infestation in the apartment leased by Landlord.
While the Apartment Complex agreed to release the Tenants from their lease, no monetary damages were recovered by Tenants.
